At TechWhizzC Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality services through DialX CRM. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any subscription.

Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are payable in advance. Once a subscription has been activated, payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • Incorrect charges due to a billing error.
  • Any refund required under applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Service Interruptions

Temporary service outages, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions (such as WhatsApp Business API or payment gateway issues) do not qualify for a refund.
